MQM condemns registering case against Aminul Haq

The Coordination Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement strongly condemned the concocted FIR registered against MQM’s member of Coordination Committee Syed Aminul Haq and termed it sheer violation of right to freedom of speech of the Constitution.
 
In a statement, the Coordination Committee said the In-charge of MQM Media Cell Aminul Haq is very decent person and the entire journalists’ fraternity regards him for his amicable and supporting natures. It said that the Rangers seemed carrying out the policy not to eliminate criminals and terrorists but MQM.
 
The Committee said that MQM leadership, workers and supporters were intentionally harassed by registering fake and concocted cases. It said that and on the bases of those fake cases workers and supporters were arbitrarily and illegally arrested and disappeared by the law enforcement agencies, especially the Rangers.
 
The Coordination Committee demanded the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan and Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif to take immediate notice against such conspiracies to tackle down the people’s mandate. It said that the authorities should have now realized that MQM could not be eliminated by such malice designs because it represented 98 percent of unprivileged people of the country.
