He said the Supreme Court is prime institution to maintain justice in the country because nobody would descend from the sky to do justice for poor and humiliated people of Pakistan. He said the local government system is similar to primary schooling that supports student to prepare for high level.
Mr. Hussain said that he did not say to create new provinces on communal bases but the burgeoning population needed to be maintained with better administrative way. He said to create better opportunities and to provide facilities to the people Pakistan should have at least 20 provinces or administrative unit.
He said it was unfortunate that the rein of the government was in the hands of discriminating elite and feudal lords that kept manipulating people’s rights to protect their personal stakes. He said that despite all such malice tactics to suppress MQM and its supporters, it would not stop struggling against the obsolete feudal system in the country.
