KKF sets up 34 camps for heat-stroke victims

Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation (KKF) – Muttahida Quami Movement’s subsidiary body – set up 34 first-aid medical camps for heat stroke patients at various places in the city after intense heat prediction on Friday by the Mat office.
In a statement, the KKF spokesman said the trained paramedics and doctors are deployed in the camps to provide immediate relief to victims of possible heat stroke. He said more eighty ambulances are also on standby to transfer any serious patient to the nearby hospitals.

Meanwhile, MQM Coordination Committee appealed people to immediately bring heat-stroke victims to the first-aid facilities camps to avoid any untoward situation. The Committee directed the KKF volunteers not to put a stone unturned to facilitating the victims.
