The founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement paid appropriate tribute to the poet of revolution Josh Malehabadi and termed him as the voice for the deprived and unprivileged people of the country.
In a statement issued from London Secretariat on his 34th death anniversary, MQM Chief said that Josh was merely not a poet but also a philosopher, intellectual and reformer. He said that he had depicted the social, financial and moral imbalances of the societies of sub-continent, especially the Pakistani society.
Mr. Hussain said that for his continuous struggle for the rights of the people, he was named as revolutionary poet. He demanded the government to celebrate his day on official level to pay due homage to such a gigantic artist of the nation. He also appealed people to remember such national heroes and should celebrate their days with deference.
