MQM shows concerns on extra air-fare by private airliners

The Coordination Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement expressed its concerns over extra amount charged by private airlines during the PIA employees’ strike.
In a statement, the Coordination Committee said that the private airliners were charging extra airfare from the passengers like the hoarders in absence of national airliners. It condemned to manipulate the situation and blackmailed the innocent citizens.
It said that though all the air operation were regulated by civil aviation but the government looked paying no heed to the issue because most of the airlines belonged to the present ministers. It demanded the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and President Mamnoon Hussain to take immediate notice against the private liners.
