MQM announces its support for three days of mourning for Charsadda tragedy

It was time to take decisive action against jet black terrorists: Nadeem Nusrat
Acting Convener of MQM Co-ordination Committee Nadeem Nusrat has expressed his grief and sorrow on the attack on Bacha Khan University in Charsadda. He also announced the MQM’s support to the three days of mourning.
Mr Nusrat said the Charsadda tragedy had revived the grief of the Army Public School. “The nation had hoped that the lessons learnt from APS tragedy would be helpful in warding off such incidents in future. They had hoped that the National Action Plan formed after the APS tragedy would be implemented in its true spirit but the Charsadda tragedy is a stark reminder that the National Action Plan was not being executed properly.”
Mr Nusrat said it was time to take action against jet black terrorists under the National Action Plan. He warned that action would have to be taken against centres of terrorism in Punjab as well otherwise such tragedies would continue to recur.
He expressed sympathies to the families of the victims and prayed Almighty Allah to bless the souls of the people who lost their lives in the Bach Khan University attack. He also prayed Allah to give patience to the grieving families.
