MQM MPAs will hold a demonstration at Karachi Press Club today

MQM MPAs will hold a peaceful protest demonstration at Karachi Press Club on Wednesday, 20th January. The demonstration is being held to protest against the undemocratic, illegal and unconstitutional amendments in the Local Government act by using the provincial legislature by the PPP government for furthering its own vested interests. The PPP is making amendments on the basis of its numerical strength despite the reservations of all opposition parties in the assembly. MQM will expose the conspiracy for rigging the elections to reserved seats, mayor, deputy mayor, district chairmen and vice-chairmen.
