Altaf Hussain felicitates Hindu community on the festival of Diwali

MQM Founder and Leader Altaf Hussain has felicitated the Hindu community in Pakistan and across the world on the occasion of the festival of Diwali. In his message on the occasion of the festival of lights he said the MQM firmly believes in religious tolerance and brotherhood and considers all religious minorities as equal citizens of Pakistan.

Mr Hussain said, “It is necessary to respect all religions and their places of worship. Followers of every religion in Pakistan should be given equal rights and they must not be discriminated against on the basis of religion.”

Mr Hussain urged on the Hindu community to pray for Pakistan’s security, stability and making it free from the menace of terrorism. He also asked them to pray for the success of MQM’s struggle and ending of conspiracies against it.
