Altaf Hussain highly condemns the Quetta carnage

The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has strongly condemned the bomb explosion during funeral prayer of SHO Quetta City in police line, Quetta. Expressing his profound grief and sorrow over the killing and wounding of several people including DIG Operations, SP Headquarters, DSP Headquarters and many police officers and personnel. In a condolence message Mr Hussain termed the Quetta blast as a brutal act of absolute terrorism and said “merciless terrorists targeting mosques, imam bargahs, school, playgrounds and even funeral gatherings are the enemies of humanity and spilling innocent blood for their nefarious designs in the holy month of ‘Ramazan’, and such terrorists deserves  no sympathy.
Mr Hussain demanded of President, Prime Minister, Federal Interior Minister, Governor and Chief Minister’s Balochistan to immediately arrest and give exemplary punishment to the barbaric terrorists and their supporters involved in this outrageous attack. He called upon steps to provide the sense of security to the people and demanded that effective measures have to be taken to safeguard the lives and properties of the innocent people. Mr Hussain extended his sympathies with the grief-stricken families of police officers and personnel and prayed to Almighty Allah to rest the departed souls in eternal peace and grant courage to the grieved families to bear this irreparable loss. He also prayed for speedy recovery of all those who sustained injuries in bomb blast.
