Altaf Hussain expresses grief on the losses due to devastating earthquake in Pakistan

London: 26th October 2015.
MQM Founder and Leader Altaf Hussain has expressed his grief and sorrow on the devastation caused by the earthquake in different parts of the country. He has asked MQM workers and office-bearers to help the people affected by the earthquake on self-help basis.

Mr Hussain said the MQM has always striven to serve the people. MQM workers and KKF volunteers helped the people affected by natural calamities in the past and rendered unforgettable services.

Mr Hussain said he was aware that the KKF is facing financial crisis because of the ongoing operation against the MQM. “I would urge KKF volunteers and MQM workers and leaders to help the people affected by the earthquake on self-help basis.”

Mr Hussain extended sympathies to the grieving families who lost their loved ones in the earthquake and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured.
