MQM Co-ordination Committee visits party offices to see preparations for upcoming LG elections

Members of MQM Co-ordination Committee visited different sectors and saw the preparations being made in connection with the upcoming Local Government elections. They met party workers busy in election-related work and praised them on behalf of Mr Altaf Hussain.
Members of Co-ordination Committee Aminul Haque and Rehna Nasreen visited District Central; Arif Khan Advocate visited Korangi while Zareen Majeed and Aslam Afridi visited District Malir. The members also saw the interviews being held for selecting suitable candidates for the local government elections.
A large number of people desiring to contest the local government elections were present. Members of the Co-ordination Committee asked the interview panels to select the candidates purely on merit.
