MQM Co-ordination Committee demands security for party leaders
Karachi: 18 August 2015.
MQM Co-ordination Committee has demanded Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and the federal government to provide security to MQM leaders and resigning members of parliament immediately. In a statement the Co-ordination Committee said that the way former parliamentary leader of the MQM in National Assembly was targeted resulting in the death of his driver was very serious.
The Co-ordination Committee said that MQM leaders are constantly getting life-threats. It is necessary to provide security to MQM leaders after the murderous attack on Rasheed Godil.
