Altaf Hussain expresses grief on the deaths due to torrential rains in Sindh

MQM Founder and Leader Altaf Hussain has expressed his grief and sorrow due to torrential rains in Karachi and other parts of Sindh. He regretted that several people, including women and children, have died because of electric shock and other reasons after the torrential downpour in Karachi on Thursday. Although the meteorological department has forecast rains for another five days, yet the government has not taken any step to save the life and property of people.
Mr Hussain extended sympathies to the bereaved families who died due to rain and prayed Almighty Allah to rest the souls of the victims in eternal peace. He also prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured.
Mr Hussain demanded the government to declare an emergency in rain-affected areas and take urgent steps to protect to save life and property.
