A wave of anger sweeps across the country on the degrading statement of Khawaja Asif about Mohajirs

A high wave of anger has swept across Pakistan on the inflammatory and degrading statement of Defence Minister Khawaja Asif about Mohajirs. Protest demonstrations have started at different cities in Sindh province and elsewhere in the country on the insensitive remarks of the defence minister.
MQM is organising a protest demonstration outside Karachi Press Club on Tuesday. Similar demonstrations will be held in Hyderabad, Sukkur, Mirpurkhas, Nawabshah, Sanghar, and Tando Allahyar.
Demonstrations are also being held in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan in which a large number of MQM workers and sympathizers are taking part.
