MQM Co-ordination Committee condemns prejudicial statement of Khawaja Asif about Mohajirs

MQM Co-ordination Committee has strongly condemned the prejudicial and hateful statement by Federal Defence Minister Khawaja Asif about Mohajirs. It has called a meeting at MQM headquarters Nine Zero for evolving a strategy about the anti-Mohajir statement. All wings of the MQM besides the Co-ordination Committee will attend the meeting.
Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has said in the National Assembly and on a television channel that “Only people coming from Ludhiana and Jalandhar were genuine Mohajirs. All the rest are fake Mohajirs.”
The Co-ordination Committee has taken a serious notice of this highly prejudicial statement by the defence minister. It will hold a press conference after 11:00 am for informing the people about the decision taken in the meeting.
