Muttahida Qaumi Movement chief Altaf Hussain said here on Saturday that wherever there would be aetiology which negates knowledge and awareness there will be unproductive gossips, taking people away from ground realities.
“In fact, the aetiology is the collection of hellishness, lie, hypocrisy, deception, and a curse and, as such, where there would be aetiolgy there would be no knowledge,” he further explained.
He was addressing a joint sitting of Coordination Committees of Karachi and London, simultaneously, over phone from London.
Elaborating on the subject, the MQM chief said that the claim of those who portray themselves as enlightened and aware of all the matters without any research amounted to a fraud and described the little knowledge and awareness as aetiology.
He said that it was unfortunate that we by just by going through a few books and achieving little awareness had, for the last 66 years, been trying to satisfy millions of Pakistanis, telling them the ways of running the affairs of government although in reality it was not the peak of knowledge but simply an act of aetiology.
“Unfortunately, such a behavior on our part has engulfed millions of Pakistanis in such a criss-cross situation that majority of them did not understand the difference between right and wrong consequences,” he said, adding that “we have gone such a far away from the real spirit of education where there won’t be any beacon of light and where there would be darkness and darkness alone as long as we fully understand the meaning of knowledge and aetiology and try to implement it in the letter and spirit.
