MQM condemns workers’ arbitrarily arrests

The Coordination Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement strongly condemned the arbitrary arrests of MQM’s innocent workers and in that connection four of party workers were arrested from Karachi University.
In a statement, the Coordination Committee said that the workers were being arrested from various parts of the city in the name of Karachi-operation. It said that the Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) arrested Maymar Sector Scheme-33 Unit workers Shahid s/o Abdul Rasheed, Zeeshan Amin s/o Aminuddin, Muhammad Adnan Habib and his brother Faizan Habib from Karachi University Campus.
The Committee said that the Rangers personnel also arrested Adnan s/o Abdul Waheed during the raid on his home in Liaquatabad area and a worker of Qasba Aligarh Sector Muhammad Amjad Jamil s/o Muhammad Jamil was also arrested. It said that despite arresting the killers of MQM martyrs, the LEAs kept arresting the innocent workers. It also demanded to stop harassing and arbitrarily arresting of the workers.
