The founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement Mr. Altaf Hussain presided over the joint session of Pakistan and London Coordination Committee and the session thoroughly paid tribute to the victims of Safoora carnage.
In a statement issued from London Secretariat, MQM Chief said that the tragic incident caused irreparable damage to Ismaili Community. He said that all the workers, including him were along with the members of the Ismaili Community and strongly condemned the bus massacre.
Mr. Hussain, the Chief of a liberal and progressive political party, appealed to the head of Ismaili Community discussed the issue with UN Secretary General, Amnesty International and Asia Watch that the Community faced the terror attack by Taliban, Al-Qaida and ISIS.
Meanwhile, the MQM Chief said to observe a one-minute silence to pay tribute to the victims of the bus tragedy. He also prayed Almighty Allah to confer high eternal ranks to the demises and demanded the the government to arrest the culprits involved in the attack and protect the lives and properties of all the citizen despite any discrimination.
