Liyari Gang war Criminals victimizing innocent citizens too: MQM Coordination Committee

The Coordination committee of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has strongly condemned the abduction, brutal torturing and killing of Mohammad Anas who happened to be the younger brother of MQM worker Suhail belonging to Liyari sector unit 32. The coordination committee termed this cruel murder the result of protection that Liyari gang war enjoys from the government of Sindh. The committee said in a statement that Anas left his home in Ghazi Nagar four days back to get breakfast and was missing since then and that the relatives eventually found his tortured corpse from Edhi center last night. They said that along with targeting MQM’s workers, businessmen, traders, and industrialists, gang war is now routinely kidnapping innocent citizens, torturing and killing them brutally and the non activity of concerned law enforcement agencies is injustice not only with Karachi but it is just like handing over the development and business hub of the country to terrorists which must be condemned.
The coordination committee prayed for the departed soul and extended condolence to Anas’s family. They also demanded Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif and Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan to take strict notice of this tragic incident and bring the culprits of gang war to justice and also ensure protection and security of the people.
