Mr Altaf Hussain, founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) expressed his profound anguish and shock on brutal murder of a British soldier in Woolwich, South East London. In his condolence letter to the British Prime Minister Rt. Hon. David Cameron, Mr Altaf Hussain condemned this brutal act on his own behalf, his party office bearers, workers and the people of Pakistan and offered his condolences to the bereaved family.
Concluding his statement, Mr Altaf Hussain said that Islam preaches peace and amity and appealed to the world to openly and vehemently condemn this brutal murder and show solidarity with the people of Britain.
