Christian delegation announces to support MQM’s candidate

KARACHI, 20-04-2015: A minority delegation led by Pastor Mouzzam Jan visited Khursheed Begum Secretariat and met with members MQM Coordination Committee Kanwar Naveed Jameel, who is also the candidate for NA-246 by-elections, and Aslam Afridi.
The delegation ensured their full support to MQM leadership during the by-elections in NA-246. The delegation was comprised of Bishop James Jan Paul, Bishop Gulfam Javed, Pastor Robin Raz and other Christian leaders. The Christian leaders said Altaf Hussain is the only leader in the country who raised voice for the minorities to give equal rights.
The delegation said that the minorities would express their solidarity with Altaf Hussain voting to MQM’s candidate for NA-246 Kanwar Naveed Jameel. The members of the delegation prayed for the long life of MQM Chief Mr. Hussain with his health and prosperity. They also prayed for the success of Kanwar Naveed Jameel for NA-246 by-elections.
