MQM Senators have strongly condemned the two bomb blasts outside an election office of the MQM in Azizabad Block 8 and said the cowardly acts of terrorism would not frighten the haq parast people. They said that the people would defeat the parties having the backing of the terrorist elements through ballot.
The Senators said that parties acting as guarantors of the terrorists are running their election campaign openly while progressive and liberal parties were being made a target of terrorism. They said that the MQM is a peaceful political party, and it could not be forced out of the electoral process by terrorism.
The Senators said that the people of the country should reject conservative parties in the general elections and foil the conspiracy to usurp democracy by a fake mandate. They asked the people to vote for the MQM and defeat the conspiracies of the terrorists.
The Senators prayed for the speedy recovery of the people wounded in the blasts. They demanded President Asif Zardari to take serious notice of the conspiracy to keep the MQM out of the electoral process by terrorism.
