Black flags will be hosted across the Sindh province to observe the day of mourning in a peaceful manner
Condemning the brutal killing of the Joint Unit In-charge of Unit UC – 5 Muhammad Faisal of Mahmoodabad Sector of the MQM, the Co-ordination Committee has said that the MQM would observe a peaceful Day of Mourning on Friday in Karachi and the rest of the Sindh against the relentless killings of MQM office-bearers, workers and an election candidate. Black flags would be hoisted and fateha would be offered for the blessings of the souls of the martyrs.
The Co-ordination Committee has made it clear that business activities would continue as usual, and transport service would continue uninterrupted on the occasion of the day of mourning. It said that no steps were taken by the caretaker government and the security agencies for protecting the life and property of the MQM workers and sympathizers.
The Co-ordination Committee has asked the sectors and zones of MQM across the Sindh province to hoist black flags in their areas for observing a peaceful day of mourning.
