Steely resolve of MQM workers and leaders cannot be broken by false and baseless allegations: Altaf Hussain

MQM will continue its peaceful struggle for eliminating feudal system and corrupt political culture from Pakistan
Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) has said that false and baseless allegations were continuously being hurled against the MQM leaders in order to break their resolve. He warned that the leaders and workers of MQM have steely resolve that cannot be broken easily by such vicious tactics. He said this while talking to members of the Co-ordination Committee, elected representatives, and office-bearers of different wings of the MQM at Nine Zero.
Mr Hussain said, “MQM is the only political party in Pakistan which is against terrorism and is striving for equal rights for the oppressed and downtrodden people irrespective of the prejudices of caste, colour, creed, race, language, religion and sect.”
“MQM is a liberal, progressive, peace-loving and democratic political party that seeks to end the outdated feudal system, corrupt political culture and dynastic politics from Pakistan through a peaceful and democratic struggle.”
Mr Hussain said, “All political movements and organizations that strive for a just cause have to face difficult times. We are also facing hardships but these trials and tribulations would not be able to break the courage and determination of MQM workers and leaders by the Grace of Almighty Allah.”
“The more the efforts made for eliminating the MQM, the farther and swifter will its message spread across Pakistan. We will continue our peaceful and democratic struggle despite all odds.”
Referring to his offer to ask the PTI to hold its public meeting in Jinnah Ground, Mr Hussain added, “People are expressing their anger by calling at the MQM International Secretariat in London and at Nine Zero on this offer.”
Mr Hussain asked the MQM sympathizers to show open-mindedness so that Allah may make things easy for us.
Mr Hussain said told the MQM sympathizers, “Your leader and his ideology are not in any way related to inanimate objects. They are tied to hearts of the people. A photo hanging on a wall can be removed but a photo present in the hearts of people cannot be removed by any power on earth.”
