Terrorists bent upon sabotaging electoral process: Altaf Hussain

Terrorists bent upon sabotaging electoral process: Altaf Hussain
 Posted on: 4/17/2013
Condemning the terrorists attack on the vehicle of Awami National Party’s leader, Farooq Khan, in  Charsada, Muttahida Qaumi Movement Chief Altaf Hussain said  that terrorists bent upon sabotaging peaceful electoral environment were continuously targeting leaders and candidates of MQM, ANP and other political parties.
In his strongly worded condemnation statement issued on Wednesday, the MQM chief deplored that the way the terrorists were attacking leaders of political parties was a clear proof that they (terrorists) did want elections to be held in the country.
Expressing his sympathies with the ANP leader Farooq Khan and others who sustained injuries in the Charsada’s remote control attack, he prayed for their early recovery.
At the outset, Mr Hussain demanded of President Asif Ali Zardari, caretaker prime minister Mir Hazar Khan Khoso, caretaker federal Interior Minister Malik Habib and the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s caretaker chief minister to take a serious notice of the terrorists’ attack on the ANP leader’s vehicle and take severe action against all those terrorists who are bent upon hindering the electoral process.
