MQM shows concerns over non-payment of salaries in Steel Mills

KARACHI, 01-03-2015: The Coordination Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement expressed concerns over the non-payment of the salaries for various months in Pakistan Steel Mills (PSM).
In a statement issued, the Coordination Committee said that the high ranking officers had ruined such an important institution for their personal stakes through inappropriate policies. It said that to pay the salaries of the labourers, the PSM management waited for the government’s package.
The Committee said that the employees were not receiving their salaries timely despite they had been working honestly. It demanded the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to order to pay the salaries of the PSM employees immediately.
