Clarification : MQM not listing traders & industrialists: Rabita Committee

The Coordination Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement clarifying its statement regarding creating a list of traders and industrialists who did not participate MQM’s strike call, said that no such list was being prepared by the party on any level.
In a statement, the Coordination Committee said that MQM respected all the traders and industrialists and acknowledged their fundamental anticipations in the development of the country. It said that nobody was creating such list and the statement was issued mistakenly.
It also said that MQM recognized the importance of traders and industrialists in the country’s business structure. It said that Karachi was the hub of the country’s economical cycle and the traders and industrialists were the backbones of that cycle and it could never be denied.
