Members of the Hindu community celebrate Holi at Nine Zero

Members of the Hindu community celebrated the festival of colours Holi at Nine Zero. Hindu families played Holi and threw colours on each other. MQM office-bearers welcomed them at Nine Zero and exchanged greetings. The MQM has been working for inter-faith harmony, and it believes that it is necessary to integrate the religious minorities with the rest of the country. Mr Altaf Hussain, the founder and leader of the MQM, have been stressing that the non-Muslim Pakistanis should be considered as citizens of equal rights. Observing religious festivals of non-Muslims at Nine Zero is a step in the direction of sharing their happiness.
