Altaf Hussain greets Hindu community on the occasion of the Holi festival

The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has congratulated the Hindu community on the occasion of the festival colours Holi. He felicitated the Hindu community and said that it was the policy of the MQM to share grief, sorrow and happiness of everyone irrespective of their caste, colour, religion and sect. He said that the world could be made peaceful by showing respect to the religious festivals of each other.
Mr Hussain said that the MQM believes in religious harmony, and it is because of its relentless struggle for promoting goodwill among the followers of different religion that a large number of Hindus were present in the MQM. He appealed to the members of the Hindu community to offer special prayers for peace and religious harmony in the country during Holi celebrations.
