JI tries to detract nation on war against terror: MQM

JI tries to detract nation on war against terror: MQM
 Posted on: 1/26/2015
The Coordination Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement said that the so-called religious-political party Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) once again tried to manipulate things to divert the nation’s attentions from the war against Taliban and terrorists.
In a statement, the Coordination Committee said that everyone knew JI’s statement and measures were always in Pakistan’s rivalry. It said that people did not forget how JI sent Pakistani youth to Afghan Jihad and Mujahadeen recruitment camps were set up in every nook and corner of the country, including Karachi.
The Committee said that JI gathered non-locals in Karachi to carry out torturous protest, in which its leadership enticed people to kill innocent citizens. It said that there were various schools and mosques under JI’s management carrying out its operation in the city and JI used them to pervert people.
The Coordination Committee said that MQM always informed the nation about the hypocrisy of Jamaat-e-Islami and its country’s rivalry. It demanded Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan and Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif to notice of JI for spreading hatred and supporting Taliban, ISIS and other terrorist groups.
