He reiterated that the Prime Minister should request the President to impose Martial-Law in Sindh to eliminate terrorism and targeted-killings, especially in Karachi.
He said that the Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif visited America and England to present Pakistan’s case regarding war against terror while the Prime Minister visited Saudi King to enquire about his health. He said that the visits of COAS General Raheel Sharif was in favour the country but he could not do anything without the help of civil and military bureaucracy, politicians’, traders’ & industrialists’ fraternities and the people of all walks of life.
Mr. Hussain accused the PPP’s Sindh government to support the criminal elements and said it was on the record that PPP’s former provincial home minister distributed three hundred thousand armed licenses to the members of banned-outfit People’s Amn Committee in Lyari to use against the unarmed civilians. He said that whenever the PPP constituted government in Sindh, the lives of the people of urban areas turned miserable and innocent civilians were killed in all the PPP governments including the current tenure.
