Criminal elements in Lyari are holding the people hostage: Nabeel Gabol
The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) has said that the oppressed Balochi, Sindhi, and Urdu-speaking people would efface the feelings of bitterness by getting united. He said this while talking to former federal minister Nabeel Gabol after he announced his decision to join the MQM in a press conference.
Mr Hussain welcomed Mr Gabol and his supporters in the MQM from the bottom of heart and said that the people of Sindh, particularly the Balochi people, were very happy on his decision. He said that the MQM represented the oppressed and downtrodden people of the country and its struggle for the progress and prosperity of the people of Sindh would continue ceaselessly.
Mr Gabol thanked Mr Hussain for the warm welcome and honour given to him at Nine Zero. He said, “Being at Nine Zero I feel like I am at my own home. My joining of the MQM would discredit the elements that are always trying to widen distances between the people and fuelling ethnic strife.”
Mr Gabol said that criminal gangs in Lyari were holding the people hostage but “my joining of the MQM has kindled a ray of hope for the oppressed people of Lyari. I hope that we will be able to rescue the people of Lyari from the clutches of the criminal elements.
Mr Gabol said that the MQM was not the party of any particular community and said that the flags of MQM would wave throughout Sindh soon.
