The founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement Mr. Altaf Hussain strongly condemned the brutal murdered of the worker of MQM Orangi Town Sector Nadeem Ahmed in a targeted-killing by the terrorists of Lashker-e-Jhangvi.
In a statement issued from London Secretariat, MQM Chief said that Nadeem Ahmed also got injured in a bomb-blast at Aysha Manzil and the prime witness of the incident. He said that he also recorded his statement at CIA centre Karachi regarding the bomb-blast and indentified the Taliban and Lashker-e-Jhangvi terrorists.
Mr. Hussain said that the terrorists kept threatening him, since he recorded his statement and identified them. He said that the terrorists killed him while he was sitting at a shop near his house with two other innocent MQM supporters. He said that the terrorists had already killed number of MQM workers, including three of MQM MPAs, Syed Haider Raza, Manzar Imam and Sajid Qureshi.
He demanded Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif, Governor Sindh Dr Ishratul Ebad Khan, DG ISI General Rizwan Akhtar, Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah and DG Rangers Maj-Gen Bilal to take stern action against the Taliban, Lashker-e-Jhangvi and other terrorists who kept challenging the writ of the state in Karachi.
Mr. Hussain said that the culprits should immediately be comprehended and should bring to the court of law. He expressed heartfelt condolence and sympathy to the bereaved family and said MQM workers, including him were along with them at the time of grief and sorrow. He also prayed almighty Allah to confer high eternal rank to the demise and give courage to the family to bear the loss.
Meanwhile, MQM Coordination Committee also condemned the killing of the worker of MQM Orangi Town Sector Nadeem Ahmed and demanded the government and concerned authorities to immediately arrest the terrorists. It said that MQM workers were being killed despite ongoing Karachi-operation.
Member Coordination Committee Kahiful Wara, MPAs Rehan Zafar and Saifuddin Khalid reached on the spot and got information about the incident by witnesses. They also visited the injured of the incident and inquired about their health.
