Izhar Ahmed calls brother of ANP slain leader

Member of MQM Coordination Committee London Izhar Ahmed Khan called the elder brother of ANP Karachi West slain President Saifullah Khan Afridi and condoled him over his brother’s barbaric killing.
Talking to him, member of Coordination Committee said that Mr. Altaf Hussain and MQM were totally against Talbanization and terrorism. He said for that Mr. Hussain kept informing about the Taliban menace for the last several years.
Izhar Ahmed said that it was unfortunate the then ANP leadership termed his warning against Taliban as prejudice against Pakhtun. He said it was the reason that the Taliban terrorists firstly targeted ANP leadership and they were still preying them but ANP leadership did not agree to name the Taliban.
He said that Mr. Hussain kept raising his voice against the Taliban and terrorism for last decade. He expressed his deep condolence to Zafarullah Khan Afridi, the brother of slain ANP leader, on behalf of MQM Chief Mr. Altaf Hussian.
Member Coordination Committee ensured him that MQM stood by the bereaved family at time of grief and sorrow, and shared the pain equally. Meanwhile, Zafarullah Khan Afridi thanked Mr. Hussain for his ultimate support and protest for his brother’s murder.
