Perpetrators of the Abbas Town tragedy have not been arrested even after three days
London: 5thMarch 2013
The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has authorized the Co-ordination Committee to decide about the future line of action after the expiration of the three-day deadline given by him for arresting the terrorists involved in the Abbas Town tragedy. “I had asked the Sindh Government to arrest the perpetrators of the Abbas Town tragedy within three days otherwise all business activities in Karachi would be suspended until terrorism was completely eliminated.”
Mr Hussain said it was highly unfortunate that no high-level government functionary, including the Chief Minister of Sindh, had visited Abbas Town for offering condolences to the affected people and for helping them. He authorized the Co-ordination Committee of the MQM to decide about the future line of action.
