Altaf Hussain, the founder and leader of MQM, one of Pakistan’s largest political parties has condemned the attack by Taliban militants on a school in Peshawar, Pakistan.
Mr Hussain strongly condemned the massacre, saying, "Words are not enough to express our grief and condemn this heinous attack. Our prayers and wishes are with the teachers, children and their families."
"I call upon the authorities to take all necessary action to bring the perpetrators of the abhorrent attack to justice."
MQM is a party that stands firmly against all kinds of extremism and terrorism including the Taliban and IS. It was the first political party to welcome the Zarb-e-Azb Army operation against extremists based along Pakistan's northern border. "This attack increases our resolve to eliminate terrorists who have not even spared children, I urge the Armed forces and the Prime Minister to do all they can to rid Pakistan of the extremist threat,” said Mr Hussain.
