A joint meeting of the MQM Co-ordination Committee in Pakistan and London was held simultaneously to discuss names for the Co-ordination Committee. The meeting was chaired by In-charge Co-ordination Committee in Pakistan Qamar Mansoor and In-charge of the Co-ordination Committee in London Arshad Hussain.
Nine Names were selected after prolonged discussions. Kahfilwara, Arif Khan Advocate, Gulfaraz Khan Khattak, Imbisat Malik, Dr Salim Danish, Dr Ayub Shaikh, Qasim Ali Raza, Mustafa Azizabadi and Izhar Ahmed Khan have been included as members in the Co-ordination Committee.
MQM leader Mr Altaf Hussain has given his consent for the names selected by the Pakistan and London Co-ordination Committee.
