A delegation of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) attended the sit-in of the Hazara Shia community on Kirani road in Quetta and expressed solidarity with the participants. Members of the MQM delegation met the family members of the people who lost their lives in the Kirani road carnage and extended sympathies on behalf of the MQM Founder and Leader Mr Altaf Hussain.
The MQM delegation told the participants of the sit-in that Mr Hussain was worried about them, and he was constantly being updated about the situation. They said that the MQM shared the grief of the Hazara community, and it would continue to raise its voice against the inhuman oppression against the community. Participants of the sit-in thanked Mr Hussain for raising a forceful voice in support of the Hazara community.
The MQM delegation comprised members of the Central Executive Council Syed Akhtar Advocate and local office-bearers of MQM in Quetta.
