Altaf Hussain offers condolences to Mehdi Moosa on the massacre of the Hazara community in Quetta

No other leader in the country has spoken so loudly against the persecution of the Shiite Hazara community
The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain telephoned the leader of the Hazara community Mehdi Moosa and offered condolences on the massacre of the people of his community in Quetta. Mehdi Moosa is the son of the former governor of Balochistan General Moosa Khan.
Mr Hussain said that the MQM was establishing contacts with scholars of every shade of religious persuasion so that terrorism and oppression against innocent people could be universally condemned. He said that he was also talking to the religious scholars for putting an end to the senseless killings of innocent people. He said that he was deeply grieved on the killings of the Shiite people.
Mehdi Moosa thanked Mr Hussain for raising a forceful voice against the continuing persecution of the Hazara community. He said that no other leader in the country has spoken so loudly for the Shiite people in the country. He thanked Mr Hussain and prayed for his well-being and long life.
