People should keep an eye on regional and international changes and affairs
The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has directed the MQM office-bearers, workers and sympathizers to come forward and play their role for eliminating the corrupt political culture from the country. He asked them to work for making Pakistan strong by establishing a just and equitable system in the country. He was talking to members of the Co-ordination Committee and office-bearers of various wings of the MQM on the telephone.
Mr Hussain, who is recovering after his illness some days ago, thanked Almighty Allah for giving him health. He expressed gratitude to the people for offering prayers for his health.
He asked the people, particularly the students, to keep an eye on international affairs and changes taking place at the global level. He asked them to bear it in their mind that Allah has given them a chance to elect their chosen representatives through general elections. He asked the MQM workers to use their energies in establishing a truly democratic system in the country.
He said that it was the national duty of the MQM workers and sympathizers to work for breaking the status quo and bringing an end to the obsolete feudal system. He urged on the workers to take positive steps for accelerating organizational works throughout the country.
He asked the people of the Punjab, Balochistan, Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to support the MQM for safeguarding national security and protecting it from internal and external threats.
Mr Hussain reiterated that the MQM would take full part in the general elections and field candidates throughout Pakistan.
