The death of Dr Shah is a great loss for the MQM and the country
The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has expressed his deep sense of grief and sorrow on the sad demise of the former member of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh, provincial advisor and distinguished orthopaedic surgeon. He said that the death of Dr Shah was a great loss not only for the MQM but also for the nation and the country.
Mr Hussain said that Dr Shah was one of the prominent orthopaedic surgeons of Pakistan, and he was considered a leading expert in his field in the country. He was God-fearing and had a congenial personality. The services rendered by him through his hospital would never be forgotten. Although he was a doctor, he rendered excellent services for promotion of sports in the country, particularly cricket.
Dr Shah served the people well as an MQM MPA and with his death, Pakistan has lost a highly skilled surgeon, a national figure promoting sports and a God-fearing personality.
Mr Hussain said that he was personally grieved at the death of Dr Shah. “I have lost worthy colleague and an excellent companion. He sympathized with the grieving family members of the deceased and said that his death was a great tragedy. He said that their grief was equally shared by everyone in the MQM.
