Altaf Hussain congratulates Allama Tahir Ashrafi on being nominated a member of the Council of Islamic Ideology

The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) telephoned Allama Tahir Ashrafi and congratulated him on being nominated the member of the Council of Islamic Ideology. He wishes Allama Ashrafi well and prayed that Allah Almighty may make him a source of forging unity among different schools of thoughts. He prayed that Allah may enable Allama Ashrafi to work for protecting the life and property of innocent people and the rights of the religious minorities according to the true values of Islam. Allama Ashrafi thanked Mr Hussain and expressed determination for working for creating an environment of brotherhood and harmony as a member of the council.
