It is our duty as the follower of one Prophet (PBUH) to protect each other’s life and honour
The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has felicitated the people of Pakistan and the Muslim world on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi. He said that the day of the birth of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) is not only a day of happiness and blessings for the Muslims but also a day of respect for the entire humanity as the Holy Prophet (PBUH) was sent as a Mercy for all the worlds. The Holy Prophet (PBUH) lighted a candle of Truth in the darkness of ignorance and disbelief whose light would continue to shine till eternity.
Mr Hussain said that the Muslims of all sects and schools of thoughts should display unity and solidarity by following the true spirit of the eternal message of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). He said that it is our duty as the true follower of one Prophet (PBUH) to protect each other’s life and property and eliminate every type of hatred and prejudice. He said that we are the followers of the Prophet (PBUH) who was sent as a Mercy for all the worlds, hence we should show respect to the non-Muslims as well and promote the dignity of mankind.
Mr Hussain appealed to the religious scholars to shed light on the different aspects of the life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and preach sectarian harmony, love and brotherhood.....
