Government must not use force against the participants of the Long March: Altaf Hussain

Government must not use force against the participants of the Long March: Altaf Hussain
 Posted on: 1/16/2013
Meaningful dialogues should be initiated to resolve the issue without losing any moment
The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has warned against the use of force against the Long March of the head of Tehreek-i-Minhaj-ul-Quran Dr Tahir Qadri. He said that meaningful dialogues should be initiated for resolving the issue without losing any moment. He said that there are elderly people, women and children in the march. There are even little babies with women, and hence it would not be advisable to resort to the use of force as it would compound the problem instead of improving the situation. He said that the government must not use the force and start dialogues for finding a peaceful solution. He urged on both Dr Qadri and the government to show flexibility and arrive at a solution through mutual understanding.
