MQM dinner-reception: Altaf Hussain hails national hockey team

The Founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM), Mr. Altaf Hussain appealed Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif and Pak-army create new provinces for the plunderers of nation’s wealth and the servants of the nation, respectively.
Talking to a reception-dinner in honour of National Hockey Team at Lal QIla ground, Azizabad, MQM Chief said that the way army had been fighting against the terrorist menace. Similarly, it should come forward and create new administrative units to enhance governance, because such thing could be done by the feudal lords and corrupt ruling elite.
Secretary Hockey Federation Rana Mujahid, Chief Selector former Olympian Islahuddin, Chief Coach Shahnaz Sheikh, Olympian Shahid Ali Khan, Pakistan Hockey team captain Muhammad Imran, players and other local hockey officials also attended the program. MQM Chief thoroughly, welcomed them at MQM Secretariat and appreciated their role to rectify the soft image of the country through their games.
Talking about the seminary girls of Bajour Agency, who were found, being detained in a small room in Liquatabad, Mr. Hussain said the mothers and elders of Bajour Agency until these girls were not sent back to their homes, they were his and his party’s responsibility. He ensured them, whatsoever, was possible to do for the girls and their families, he and his party would do.
He sternly criticized Sindh government, especially Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah for his negligence on the issue. He said that neither CM Sindh bothered to take any notice about the girls’ issue nor his ministers visited the unfortunate girls. He said that government’s indifference should be condemned because it was their responsibility to provide relief to the people.
Mr. Hussain once again reiterated his stance to support the war against terrorism and would offer his party volunteers to fight along with Pak-army against the terrorists’ menace. He said that army had enough capability to fight against ISIS, Taliban and Al-Qaida militants. He also referred the Bajour Agency’s girls and pointed out the negligence of CM Sindh regarding the issue and said that it was need of the time to create new administrative units to rectify the system.
