Pain of the mourners who are holding a sit-in with dead bodies should be felt
The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has said that all the legitimate demands of the mourners holding a sit-in on the Alamdar Road should be accepted without further delay. He said that the federal and provincial governments and political and religious parties should feel the pain of the mourners and take steps for accepting their demands.
Mr Hussain said it was highly unfortunate that political and religious parties were not raising their voice in support of the mourners who were holding a sit-in along with the dead bodies of the persons killed in deadly blasts in Quetta. He asked what the responsibility of political leaders should be in these circumstances when the mourners were holding their sit-in despite rough weather conditions. He asked if politicking for seeking votes was the only thing that they want.
Mr Hussain said that it was a matter of grief for every citizen of Pakistan that no one was listening to the voice of people who were sitting with the dead bodies of their loved-ones.
