Everyone in the world should raise his voice for saving the world from third world war
The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has said that the world powers should refrain from competing with each other in the present world of information technology. He warned that a third world war may start if these powers continued to act in a presumptuous manner in world affairs. He said this while talking to a delegation of students studying in colleges and universities in the suburb of London.
Commenting on the deployment of five warships along the coastal areas of Syria, Mr Hussain said that if Pakistan, India, Afghanistan, Iran, the USA and the European Union did not take heed and refused to accept each other and continued to compete with each other for superiority, then the world may descend into a third world war.
He said that the deployment of warships by Russian along the coastal areas of Syria points to the potential threats to the world peace and it is a cause of great concern for everyone. He said that the strong backing given by China, Iran and Russia were of critical importance.
Mr Hussain said that all countries, including Pakistan, should take into account the ground realities and formulate policies about the future after mutual consultations. He said that everyone in the world should raise his voice of saving the world from the third world war.
Mr Hussain answered the questions asked by the students and advised them to concentrate on their studies.
