Mr Altaf Hussain, founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) stated that armed forces, the government and the people unanimously through their unity shall formulate effective policies on scientific basis take steps to end the terrorism. He said this during his telephonic conversation with the Chairman Pakistan Ulema Council Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi. Furthermore, he expressed his heartfelt grief and sorrow over the martyrdom of senior ANP leader and Senior Minister of Khyber Pukhtunkhaw Mr Bashir Bilour and prayed for his salvation and also prayed for the salvation of others who were martyred in the terrorists attack and prayed for the early recovery of the injured.
Mr Altaf Hussain expressing during his conversation with Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi assured the armed forces that if they took practical steps to end the terrorism then during this testing time not only the law enforcement institutions but millions of peace loving would stand shoulder to shoulder with the armed forces. Mr Hussain said that he always preached his colleagues the principle of “ Right decision at the right time” as a result of this we can free ourselves from terrorism while slight negligence could cause damage. Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi agreed with Mr Hussain and appreciated Mr Hussain’s magnanimity of declaring observation of 3 days mourning and said that was a very noble step and proof of humanity that everybody appreciated.
