Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) announced to hold a rally at 3pm today in protest against the controversial statement about the word ‘Mohajir’ by PPP leader Syed Khursheed Shah.
Addressing a press conference moments after midnight at Nine Zero, Coordination Committee's Deputy Convener Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said the main protest rally in connection with today’s Black Day will be organized at 3pm today on Shahrah-e-Quaideen opposite Noorani Kebab—a famous restaurant of the city.
It should be mentioned here that the Muttahida announced to observe a Black Day on Sunday in protest against Pakistan People's Party leader Syed Khurshid Shah, who termed the Urdu word Mohajir (migrant) as a swearword. –SAMAA
