MQM seems untouchable entity in Pakistani politics: Dr Khalid Maqbool

Former justice Sindh high court Justice (retd) Majida Rizvi inaugurated an edited-booklet by prominent female lawyer Sikandar Advocate at a function organized by MQM Women Wing. 
Meanwhile, the Deputy Convener Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said that MQM had been treated as an untouchable entity in Pakistani politics despite that MQM Chief Mr. Altaf Hussain rejected the obsolete feudal system and the tested establishment-backed democracy. He said that He chose the way that was hard and tough and against all the discriminating systems prevailing in the country and presented his own political philosophy to provide rights to all the discriminating people.
The Deputy Convener said that only Mr. Hussain’s political philosophy provided actual awareness of their rights to the women and they indeed needed it. He said, “Mr. Hussain is the symbol of women enlightenment and awareness. He said that it was so unfortunate that even after passing 66 years, the country did not come out of feudal system and women still suffered antiquities’ problems.
He said that women in our society still being sold, wanni, Karokari and victims of other social crimes. He said that this was the reason due to Mr. Hussain came forward to rescue the discriminating gender and started struggle to provide justice to the women for the prosperity of the country.
The member of MQM Coordination Committee Aminul Haq, Country Director Aurat Foundation Mehnaz Rehman, In-charge MQM Women Wing Kishwar Zehra, Senator Sherala Nishat Malik, MPA Naheed and others were also present on the occasion. Dr Siddiqui also felicitated Ms Sikandar Advocate on behalf of MQM Chief Mr. Altaf Hussain.
